A man in his 60s has received critical head and face injuries after reportedly falling from an e-bike in Manoora.
The man was found unconscious on a footpath near Springfield Crescent by a member of the public shortly after 1 on Saturday afternoon.
The man’s injuries indicated a fall from the electric bike.

He’s been transported to Cairns Hospital where he remains in a critical condition.
